Camping Forms


  • Campership Application - In Council or Out of Council
    • Please make sure to fill out the correct form. If you are from other than San Diego Imperial Council please fill out the Out of Council Campership form. Once filled out, please print, attached income paperwork and mail to

    • When sending copies of tax returns please make sure to black out any Social Security Numbers.
    • Make sure your unit leader and you have signed the application.
    • Campership applications and all supporting documentation need to be sent to our office by April 30, 2017.
    • You will be notified by email or phone call about receiving a campership and the amount.
    • Each Scout may receive one campership per summer.

Other Camping


  1. For permissable firearm activities at the various youth programs of Scouting, consult the Guide to Safe Scouting, specifically the section on Shooting Sports.
  2. Required when using the climbing wall the council owns.
  3. Required when participating in any of the Project COPE activities.
  4. Required when using the large sailboats the council owns.
  5. You may also use a similar form provided by your unit.
