Mataguay Scout Ranch!
Join us for a summer of Scouting fun at the Mataguay Scout Ranch! This beautiful 840 acre ranch is located in oak and pine forests, 3,200 feet above sea level in the mountains northeast of San Diego. Mataguay is a BSA accredited facility and is known as one of the Western Region's finest Scout camps!

Two COPE Courses!
Our camp features TWO COPE Challenge Courses! Our high course will test the skills and willpower of older Scouts, while the new low COPE course will present exciting team challenges to your Patrol or Troop.
Horsemanship Merit Badge!
Our Horsemanship Merit Badge program includes trail horse rides, horse handling shows and demonstrations.
Fly High with the Aviation Merit Badge!
Our exciting Aviation Merit Badge program features a real-live glider flight at the nearby Warner Springs airport!
Combine these exciting programs with our Patrol-based campsites, two recently renovated pools, our 2,800 square foot Silva Lodge deck (home of our popular Western BBQ), 20+ merit badge courses and a dedicated staff ready to serve your Scouts, and you've got a fantastic Boy Scout summer camp experience!

* Note: Session 2 (July 5-10) is a Monday to Saturday Camp and will include special program features for the San Diego - Imperial Council LDS Troops in attendance. All other sessions are Sunday to Saturday.

Buddy Camp
Your unit is not attending camp at Mataguay Scout Ranch this summer, but you want to attend? You can, as part of our Buddy Camp program. You'll be joined other Scouts for your week of fun and adventure.
