Complete Contact Information: This information is used by the Council office staff to contact you in the
event that there is a problem with your registration. Complete, accurate information will assist us in
serving you better. All information will be used for camp related correspondence only.
When filling in the troop information, enter DT and your son's troop number.
When choosing how many Scouts to register, choose Day Trekker (not Scout or Venture).
When inputting the names of attending adults and Scouts, click the down arrow and choose Day
Trekker, and then name your Scout. Then fill out the information form that appears next to the Scout’s
name (click on the small piece of paper).
Hit button at bottom of page, then go to Check Out. If not making a payment at the time, go all the way to
the right of the credit card logo, click the button by the mail box and click the large SAVE
button. The system will then email you a copy of your registration.
Your week choice will be printed on your registration.
Complete the Annual Health and Medical
Record (parts A, B & C) and bring it with you when you arrive on the first day of camp. Boys will not
be permitted to stay at camp without a completed medical form.
Signing up for Merit Badges will be available early May after you are paid in full.
The cost is $265 per week per Scout. During the 4th of July week (Session 5), Day Trekkers have a choice of
attending 4 days $225 (Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri) or 5 days $ 265 Mon-Fri. Please note that on Wednesday the 4th
of July, traffic getting on and off the island is HEAVY and slow. That is why you have a choice of days to
attend. Whether you choose 4 or 5 days, it will not impact the basic class schedule for merit badges.
